For the Patient

We start with a comprehensive examination to identify the root cause of your injury or complaint.  We do not perform x-rays and imaging in office but if they are necessary we will refer you to the appropriate facility.

One of our main goals is to help you understand your complaints, and know your options.  We customize your treatments which can include specific manual therapy, individualized prescribed rehab exercises, and necessary activity modifications to help correct underlying causes of your complaint and to help prevent future injuries.

We strive for your quickest recovery to allow you to get back to doing what you love.

Patients are responsible for the services they receive at our office and payment is due upfront unless you have made prior arrangements with our office.

Insurance:  If you have insurance, we will do our best to help you understand your insurance plan and bill your insurance for you.  Any information we obtain from your insurance company is not a guarantee and we may collect upfront for any patient responsibilities such as your copay, coinsurance, and deductible.  You are responsible for any portions not paid by your insurance plan.

Self-Pay:  If you are paying out-of-pocket, payment is due at the time of service.

We are contracted with most insurance companies including Premera, Regence, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Kaiser PPO, First Choice, ASH.  If you don’t see your company please feel free to contact our office to help determine if your insurance plan is accepted

If you cannot make you appointment, please cancel within 24 hours to avoid a $40 late cancellation fee ($80 for New Patient Appointments).

We ask that you arrive before your scheduled appointment time and not be late to your appointment.  If you arrive so late that we are unable to fit you back into the schedule, you will be charge a $40 fee for missing your appointment time.

We will do our best to remind you of your upcoming appointments however, it is ultimately your responsibility for keeping track of your appointments
