Graston

The Graston Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization technique is a soft tissue technique designed to mobilize, reduce and reorganize fibrotic restrictions in the neuromusculoskeletal system. The technique is delivered through the use of six (6) hand held stainless steel instruments.

Graston® is used predominately to break down scar tissue and adhesions; which limits range of motion, and in many instances causes pain, which prevents the patient from functioning as he or she did before the injury.  Graston® has become standard protocol in many university and hospital settings.  The technique is also being used at industrial settings and by NBA, NHL and Major League Baseball trainers.

The Kinesio Taping® Method has taken the Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine world by storm. This amazing taping method was developed by Dr. Kenzo Kase over 25 years ago in Japan. Kinesio Taping® has quickly become the gold, or should we say "platinum" standard, for therapeutic rehabilitative taping. The proprietary method of taping uses a uniquely designed and patented tape for treatment of muscular disorders and lymphedema reduction.
