Our newly renovated office is conveniently located in downtown Bellevue on the corner of 112th Ave. NE and NE 12th St.. There is plenty of free parking. We have private rooms for your examination and treatments.

We do our best to stay on schedule so you don’t have to wait. If you can’t make your appointment or are running late please let us know so we can minimize any waiting.

Also, if you have your initial paper work filled out this will expedite your appointment as well.

We are conveniently located by The Bravern and Bellevue Square shopping centers.
